With Treasury Secretary Yellen in China complaining about its overcapacity in solar and EVs, one guess where Chinese auto companies are setting up factories? And not one, but two plus local Vinfast. So, will Vietnam get quota'd or sanctioned too? And it's not like America, or the West, is building any of this stuff themselves. Gosh, it's hard staying Number One, America.
