Fyi, this Indian-manufactured Russian-designed missile system which Moscow allowed Dehli to sell to the Philippines was mentioned in that article I posted the other day previewing Putin's Hanoi Visit. And that commentator suggested Russia may also allow its sale to Vietnam given its already close relations with India and America's unspoken threat of sanctions if Hanoi does receive weapons from Russia.

In any case, PI's got plenty of work to do putting anything involving the BrahMos and Vietnam is better positioned to put them directly onto its own islands in the South China Sea.
