I observed the same thing when reviewing the map. The property
allocation needs some improvements and it was discussed with pvnguyen.
I think it's a result of combining 2 or more maps together without
checking how many layers (levels) each map has. I hate to say this but
I think the best way is to start over again, break the maps into
individual maps, each has only one layer. Merge the maps of the same
zoom level then make one map contain all the levels.
I've got contact with Vinacarta (vinacarta.com) .
He agree to give me some testing data that he have in
the format that we need. I woulk like to know what is
format most appropriate that you can import to make
our maps.
