Please follow these rules when using our email group:

1. So that all subscribers can become more familiar with names and families, sign all messages with your name, your child's name, and his/her teacher's name.

2. Posts must relate to our school in some way and may not be used for commercial purposes, such as babysitting or appliance repair. Posts may also promote community events that are education-based and child-focused.

3. Messages should be readable with good spelling and grammar. Do not use ALL CAPS or start your message in the subject line.

4. Do not post personal information about other students or families without their permission.

5. When replying to a post, please be conscious of who will receive your response. If your reply is directed solely to the original writer, please ensure you are not copying the entire list. Please “reply all” judiciously.

6. Personal attacks and uncivil language will not be tolerated. Posts that violate this rule will be removed.

7. Other members' names/addresses may not be used for other purposes.

8. Political or religious advocacy is not permitted.

9. Any violators of these rules will receive one warning from the moderator. Additional violations may result in the poster being banned from the list.

We welcome suggestions on how to improve this email group and make it useful for all families.
