Custom VIE services

Hi,

Just as an example, you can amend VIE with your own services. For
example, Drupal's Spark Edit inline editing UI doesn't do RDFa, but
instead has its own custom HTML5 data attributes.

To be able to run Create.js widgets on that, I built a simple VIE
service that can be essentially used interchangeably with VIE's own
RdfaService:
