Core-only build of VIE

Hi,

I've merged a pull request from the Drupal team, where we now also
generate a core-only variant of VIE:
https://github.com/bergie/VIE/pull/138

This includes core functionality like types, namespaces, entities, and
collections, but no services. You can then include services on
case-by-case basis.

This is useful for situations where size is important, like mobile
users. The minified version of VIE core is just 36 KB, compared to 72
KB of the full build.

Similarly, Create.js now also has an "edit-only" build target which
only contains the Editable and Storage widgets, and the various
editors and collection managers. There the size reduction is from 60
KB to 20 KB.
