Preparing for VIE 2.1.0

Hi, all

I'm thinking it is time to prepare a new release of VIE. Quite a few
improvements have happened since 2.0.x, and there are some important
new features like:

* Backbone Forms support
* schema metadata support
* collection element templating.

Some of this is explained in http://bergie.iki.fi/blog/create-collections/

You can browse the change history of VIE in
https://github.com/bergie/VIE/commits/master

I could cut a release early next week. Any issues or changes you'd
still like to get in?
