I sent the mail to support bluetti and dont recieve any answer can you tell me my plans how to return it to you and get the new one or refund money, because i live in Ukraine and this station need me every day. I bought it especially to have some charger for my phones and pc but its broke down after 1 week. My number of ORDER SPF-EU-11860

i sent one more email, but why if they saw my email dont answer me this station is very need it to me every day we have blackout and we havent light for charging our phones this i I ask you to somehow speed up or somehow ask support to solve this problem as soon as possible, because every day the situation with electricity in my country is getting worse and worse and I really need the station

Absolutely brilliant wee power station that blows the competition away. Charges up very quickly (approximately 4 hours) with the PV200W solar panels. Powers multiple devices at the same time and even allows you to power devices whilst you are charging with the solar panels! Unlimited and reliable free electricity!

I purchased the EB70 after seeing many reviews and can't tell you enough of how disappointed I was with it. I needed something to power a 770w appliance and on paper, the EB70 should do this for at least 30 minutes but it fell miserably short. The appliance started with a oeak of 820w and after a few seconds steadied at 770w. The EB70 ran this for 12 minutes before dropping to 20% power from full charge. I complained to Bluetti about this, they also noticed the same issue but their solution was that I bought a more powerful unit. The EB70 doesn't do what it says it can do so why on earth would I buy any other product from Bluetti. Another problem with the EB70 is that the AC sockets are recessed and some moulded plugs with cable protection where it joins the cable, will not push in flush enough to use them. You have to use a plug adapter. The EB70 was a great let down for me and Bluetti's unwillingness to enter a conversation about the EB70's problems has has meant that I and my friends will be staying well clear of their products in the future. All in all, a pretty poor show.

Only used it twice so far but seems to be working well. Have been using it for our 45l portable compressor fridge in the campervan which draws about 35 watts. Ive had it plugged into the bluetti for about 8-10 hrs on 2 occasions and the bluetti is now still on 60% charge.
