Dear HoDs/Group Tutors,
KTU Notification regarding B. Tech S2 (Regular & supply) Examinations April 2018 reads as follows:
“Students can apply for answerscript copy and revaluation, by registering in the KTU web portal from 03-08-2018, Friday to 08-08-2018, Wednesday. The Fee for answer script copy is Rs.500/- per answer script and for revaluation, Rs. 600/- per answer script.
Hence,
1. Group Tutors are requested to inform all eligible students who are willing to apply for copy of Answer Scripts and for Re-valuation of answer papers of B.Tech S2 (Regular & Supplementary) Examinations April 2018 -through KTU Portal using their login id & password.
2. Ensure that students those who register are submitting the copy of receipt generated from KTU portal to GTs on/before 08.08.2018.
3. GTs should accept any receipts from students submitted after 08.08.2018.
4. If students do not apply in time, they have to personally submit hard copy of receipt which was generated from KTU portal at Principal's office ( forwarded by GTs) on/before 09.08.2018, 2.00 pm. Emails/ electronic information’s will not be accepted.
5. Exam cell should create invoices in ERP as per the student list forwarded from Principals office before 17.08.2018, 3.00 pm.
