 An internship makes the classroom’s abstract theories and learned examples concrete by placing the student in a real life work situation  .Today, employers favor prospective employees who have done not only one internship but multiple internships.

 Objective

               Internship Training Program planned to conduct in June/July  is designed to provide the participants:

1)       the essential skills that the industries look from young engineering graduates,

2)       a clear understanding of the System Development Process followed in the IT industry,

3)       latest technology trends in the industry etc

 

Pedagogy

 Methodologies such as lectures, activities, group work, case studies, simulations, mock presentations are followed in the training.

Dear Madam,

Based on our tele. discussion yesterday, discussed the matter with ICTAK. Following is the outcome:

-  For S4 students ICTAK can offer the captioned internship at our campus.

-  However, that can only be done between 22-July-17 and 31-July-17. (other dates are all booked)

-  There are 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays in this period. And classes may happen on these Saturdays and Sundays.

-  Batch size is restricted to 30. 

-  They shall be providing the "internship" certificate.

-  However, no industry visit is part of this offering

-  If we are taking this internship, then, we need to confirm this with ICTAK at the earliest say by this Friday itself.
