I, Mainak Ganguly, (Ph.D, 3rd year) am staying now at A-117. I want to stay at first floor room of A or B block. It is very good, if I am given B-236. I have signed both the columns of the registrar in security counter.
Please advise. Please do the needful.

Hi Mainak,

Please try to understand that warden wants lottery system. He is not allowing any of the council members to get involved in the room allotment process. If possible please talk to warden as he is the person who can help you on this.
