Pre populating tags and description

Hi there
Not a programmer but love the program. I wondered if its possible to
pre populate the tags box and description box for videos.I use a lot
of the same tags all the time so would be very useful. I had a poke
around in the package but couldnt find anything obvious.What file
would i need to edit and how ? Help appreciated.
