Digital videocamera repair in Center City Philadelphia area

I have a Sony video camera that uses Hi8 video cassettes, and it’s
malfunctioning. When I try to play a tape, it keeps hiccupping. The
sounds cuts out and the picture does that “tiling” thing. I’m hoping
it’s purely a matter of the heads needing to be cleaned, although
running the cleaning cassette doesn’t help the problem. Does anybody
know of any place in Center City Philadelphia that could repair it?
Failing that, does anybody know what might be wrong with it, and/or
how I could go about searching for repair shops in Center City
Philadelphia. I’ve already looked on Google and found some, but not
many, so I was hoping someone might be able to help me find more of
them.
