THEMECONFIG!!! arrrg List places where it is defined?

Question about themeconfig where is it automatically passed in?

 

Can we get it passed into PAGE.MCML please??

It is currently passed to Page and MovieDetailPage.  The problem is, no matter what I do, it is always null when you get to the mcml.  So, you have to define it as a local or non-required parameter and allow the MCML to create a new instance.  I cannot figure out what else to do...
