processor pegging

Is anyone else having trouble with the current builds randomly deciding to peg the CPU at 100%? It seems to happen to me every once in a while and I can't figure out what is doing it. It's not generating log messages but the machine comes to a creep. If I just back out of MB and then go right back in everything is hunky dory again.
