RSS feeds in the tracker

At last I got around to adding RSS feeds to the tracker, I still need to do the inbox but am fairly happy with the main topic section. 

For example: http://community.mediabrowser.tv/topics?order_by=newest&tag=vanilla 

Now Rob can simply subscribe to this feed, and everything vanilla will pop up.
