Using Firefox latest version for Mac. VDH 7.3.5 with the latest companion app: VdhCoApp 1.2.4.

On the website Masterclass I was able to download videos that had the included audio (as recently as June 2018). Now it won't download the video and audio stream in one file. I can download each separately. Any ideas?

It would have been useful if you had specified whether the URL for the site is masterclass.org or masterclsss.net or masterclass.ca or masterclass.whatever.  I eventually managed to figure out that it is masterclass.com.  Firefox expanded it to www.masterclass.com for me.  I picked the lesson from Steve Martin.  Clicked play.  It wouldn't play.  Kind of prevents VDH from downloading it.  Or maybe you have to be a member of the site to get any of its content.  That would disqualify Michel from diagnosing your problem.  It might be helpful if you posted a proper problem description.  What's a proper problem description?  Search the group for the answer to that question.  You shouldn't have to be told that.

Thanks for your reply.  Yes, Masterclass.com. I'm a registered subscriber but you can watch intro to videos for free to diagnose the problem. For example scroll down to DANIEL NEGREANU video -- he has about a two minute video that you can view / capture.

Having said that... I was able to download the sample video correctly. It seems they are doing something funky for their "full" videos to registered users. Plays fine in the Firefox browser. Just not sure why the streams are messed up in the full videos???

Did you (Neil) ever find a solution for this? Some of the sizes - that only appear to be different based on their size (1024x736, 1920x1080) get downloaded differently, with some as audio-only, others as video-only. Odd. I guess I could try mixing them, but a bit of a hassle, and not some appear to be a second different, so synching might be an issue, too.
