PREMIUM STATUS REQUIRED - chrome ???

Hello within the last 30 minutes, after attempting to use VDH, it has suddenly asked for PREMIUM STATUS REQUIRED, while using CHROME ???

It is also saying the FOLLOWING :

Premium status required⊗

Without Premium status, an HLS download can only be performed 120 minutes after the previous one

I thought I already PAID for this in the past ???

Can anyone help ???

Look for "lost" within the text of that web page. That will give you a link.. Click it.
Do what it tells you to do. That should result in an E-mail from VDH. If you don't get
the E-mail, it could mean any of these things:

Maybe you didn't buy a license.
Maybe you entered your E-mail address incorrectly when you tried the lost license
recovery thing. Try again but type more carefully.
Maybe the E-mail went to your SPAM folder. Check there.
Maybe you've changed E-mail addresses since you bought your VDH license. In this case,
see my last speculation below.
Maybe you're not logged in on Chrome with the E-mail address associated with your VDH
license. Log in with the right E-mail address & be sure you use that address in the
above lost license recovery thing.
Maybe the VDH web site is acting up. For a long time, a lot of users would not get
E-mails from VDH. But this was fixed rather a long time ago. It's not outside the realm
of possibility that this problem has reared its ugly head again. In which case, we have
to rely on the VDH folks to fix the problem.
Maybe you bought a VDH license for Chrome back in the old days. Things are different
now. See my next speculation.
Maybe you need to wait for Jérôme to come in here & help you. I don't work for VDH but
he does.
