= I bought a license, but the line "Active license from Chrome Webstore" is empty and asks me to enter the key. Where to get it?

= From this page, the application cannot assemble the video into one file and sees it as separate parts.
Are you planning to develop the project? I often encounter that the application cannot download the video from the page (embedded video from vimeo), although it starts. I would buy a license from you again if there is development.

On the subject of your license, I can't help you because I don't work for VDH. But a guy
who does (Jérôme) should be in here in a few hours (he's in France) & he will be able to
take care of you.

On the subject of Vimeo videos, that is something that has been reported before. Use the
search key "vimeo" to search this forum.

And yes, the product is under active development. But you might not need to buy a new
license. It depends on what Jérôme finds.

Here is an example of a proper problem report:

I'm on Windows 7 64-bit, Firefox 104.0.2 64-bit, licensed VDH 7.6.3a6, CoApp 1.6.3.

I visited this page: https://vimeo.com/744249506

That's all it takes. Two lines. Well, 3, if you count the blank line. This is the
minimum requirement to post a proper problem report. I wish everybody would learn this.

In any case, I found this video by going to the Vimeo home page & clicking the Watch link
at the top of the page. I believe this Watch link is at the top of every page on Vimeo.
The Watch link took me to another page that offered some featured "Staff Picks" at the
top of the page. I just picked the first one. It turned out to be only 15 minutes long.
Without even launching playback in the web page, VDH offered me the usual array of
variants of different resolutions. I chose the first one on the menu, the one for
1920x1080. VDH downloaded it in a few seconds. For a change, the resulting file did NOT
have a resolution 1912x1088, as has been happening with a lot of content I've gotten with
VDH lately. Windows Properties on the file actually showed 1920x1080. It played fine in
VLC. I did not watch it all the way through, just sampled it to make sure both video &
audio were there, which they were, right to the end, including the closing credits.

Your turn.
