I have purchased the license but still see the watermark

Hello,

I have purchased the license of DownloadHelper after reading that it would remove the watermark.
I noticed that it automatically captured my new license number within the settings of the DownloadHelper.  However, every video that gets converted is still showing a watermark.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

It says "License Verified" and it shows my email and the key.

I'm getting the same problem.

Could it be because I use Firefox but I purchased through Chrome?

I didn't know you had to buy seperate licenses for different browsers!?  Am I right?

Marcus, you are probably right. I suspect we could get more clarity here with a proper
problem report, from both Marcus & Drumsticks. To learn how to post a proper problem
report, click here:

Be sure you carefully read the first 2 paragraphs there. Once you have read that, you
can check out the references within that web page that I am about to give you. But don't
just find the relevant link & click it. READ the context around the link.

Next, look for "problem report" within the text of that web page. That will give you a
link. Click that, read what you find, & follow the advice. Normally, providing URLs of
content that is not downloading properly would be helpful. But in this case, it probably
is not.

Next, look for "philosophy" within the text of that web page. That will give you a link.
Click that to learn all about the VDH license. While you are reading that, you will see
some links to yet other discussions. Be sure to click those links & read those secondary
discussions. They contain important information that will add to your understanding of
the VDH license, what it is, what it does, & what it does not do.

Next, look for "stealth quote" within the text of that web page. That will give you
another link to click. Click that, read what you find, & follow the advice, not just for
your posts in this thread, not just for your posts in this forum, but for your posts
anywhere on Google Groups.

Your license is valid, I don't know how it can be not working if it is properly validated in your browser.
Do you get any error message?
Are you using Firefox?

I just made two new videos this morning after restarting my computer.  The QR code is gone.  So, this issue must have had the unvalidated version cached even though it says that the license is validated.
What's really bad is that I paid $28 for it and then it's asking me to buy a license and when I click on it, the license is $16 now.  WTH

When people go to the trouble of offering you help & advice, the polite thing to do would
be to read what they have to say. Read my post above. Read it. Don't skim it. Read
it. Follow the references I give. Read all of that. Read it. You will find your
answers. All you have to do is read what's here.

No, the price of the license did not change.
Maybe you used a different browser.
