I downloaded the chrome extension and would like to upgrade to premium but the purchase button does not work on this page.

The option to pay button ($18 US) I cn select, but nothing happens.

Any tips?

Hi Jerome,
I just checked and seems to work well. Do you still have the problem?

When I click on the button it appears to work, but it says $28 instead of $18.

It's very simple. Due to restrictions imposed by Google, the owner of both the Chrome
browser & YouTube, VDH for Chrome is not permitted to download from YouTube. This is a
condition of VDH for Chrome being made available through the Chrome store. That's why
its price is lower, $18. VDH for Firefox & VDH for Edge are not under Google's influence
so those extensions are full-functioned, able to download from YouTube. That's why their
price is higher, $28.

As for failures to complete purchases of licenses, I can't address that. I don't work
for VDH. I'm just another user, like you. I will say that once you do manage to buy
your license for whichever version of VDH you use, keep the E-mail you get confirming
your purchase. Put it away in a safe place. Make backups of it. It is an important
document. Treat it as such. Same thing with your invoice.

Yes, sorry, there was some disruption on pricing at the time when we thought we couldn't provide downloads for Firefox on Youtube anymore.
Now that Firefox again offers more features than Chrome, prices have been readjusted: Firefox is more expensive than Chrome.

The price shown for Firefox is indeed incorrect, and we'll be correcting this as soon as possible.

To be sure of buying Chrome premium ($18), use this link: https://www.downloadhelper.net/convert?browser=chrome

For Firefox ($28.5 despite $18 button): https://www.downloadhelper.net/convert?browser=firefox

Pricing should be back to normal now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
