YouTube Video's Cutting Out

Okay so I've used your program in Chrome with no issues but I wanted a specific thing on youtube so I paid for the license for firefox and assumed it would work like it always had on non youtube videos on Chrome so I also paid for the videos that I wanted thru youtube (Sharkweek 2017 season). Everytime I download one of the episodes it downloads just fine but when I try to play it back it plays the first few seconds then the video and audio cut out completely but the timer still goes on the video in vlc. If I try to skip ahead it shows no video.

My settings are default other then the save location. I did try to convert one of them to mp4/acc but it failed.

 It says "This video is not available". I imagine it has something to do with your problem here: if you had to take a specific YouTube subscription to access this content, i am not surprised YT took special measures to protect this content. I am just surprised you could capture a little bit of that video.

Yeah it doesn't make a whole lot of sense why its partially visible if they had locked it down more then the rest of their content. If your program won't work for this then can I cancel my key and get a refund? I already paid for premium thru Chrome and any content I want from youtube is usually stuff I end up paying a bit for.
