Can I download a rented video from Vimeo?

I have rented a video from Vimeo for a week. Can I download this video to my PC?
In VDH it shows the video name but the size is slowly increasing as the video plays. It's only showing 1 variant of the video but I expected there to be more.
Will I be able to download the video once it has got to the end?

I cannot tell for sure what format Vimeo uses for rented videos.
If when you request a download, you see the size increasing slowly, my best guess is that the video is streamed over the F4F protocol and VDH is currently doing its job (downloading and aggregating video chunks into a single file).
Video variants are only handled by VDH on YouTube and Dailymotion. On all other service, the only downloadable variant is the one being played in the page.

When the video finished, VDH did not give me any option to download.

I'm unclear about what you get exactly. Would you mind posting a screenshot showing the size that increases ?
