How do i enter my key code.

I paid for downloadhelper but, since an update I can no longer convert and see no place to enter my key code.

First make sure you installed ConvertHelper 3.1.1 (assuming you are non Windows) from http://www.downloadhelper.net/install-converter3.php

Normally if you had a former license setup it should be updated or if you just purchased a license from a Firefox browser where VDH is installed, it automatically validate the license.

If this is not the case, open VDH settings > "More" > "Conversion", click on "Register an existing license", copy / paste (CTRL+V) your license key, click "Register license". You should now see your license data.

hi,

license control is not in settings > "More" > "Conversion", it's in the first page of settings.

If the copy paste doesn't work, try to enter it manually, sometimes the copy includes hidden unwanted characters.

hi,

there is no license key for Chrome. You just synchronize the browser with the account used to purchase and the feature will be available.

I purchased my license for Firefox. How do I "synchronize Chrome with the account used to purchase"??
