help with playlist websites

hello i have several photography and musical learning sites that i use, that are using the jw player. these pages are basically a playlist. you click the course, then the intro video plays, and afte4r that, it auto loads each video after the last one plays. is there a way to automatically download every file and name it correctly and auto convert to a smaller xvid file. i see the conversion, and will gladly pay, but i need to know how to get all of these at once.
