M3U8 file and Video DownloadHelper

hello everyone.Video DownloadHelper allows me to know the url from where to download files with extension M3U8.I would like to be able to find this url without using Video DH.I use Firefox and also Chrome.Can someone teach me how to do this in a simple way ? thank you very much
