Bought license via Edge, doesn't work in Firefox

One thing I would recommend that you do is click this link:

Then bookmark it for easy reference. Then do a string search on "philosophy" in there.
That will give you another link you should click. Read that & it will explain what's

Hi,

Edge and Firefox premium are separate products.
What I can do is refund your Edge premium so that you can purchase Firefox premium if you want to.
