You absolutely need to click that link & look for the string "problem report" in there.
You need to learn how to post a proper problem report. I can't be telling you to post a
proper problem report every time you open a new thread. Learn how to post a proper
problem report. It's something you should ALWAYS do.

If you want to talk about download speed, you need to provide information that you can
find at another location in that thread. Do a string search on "speed" in there. You
will find another link you need to click. That takes you to a discussion that explains
exactly the kind of information you need to provide when you want to talk about the speed
of your downloads.

Don't be lazy. Put in some effort. Do some reading.
