Where can I purchase the Premium license?

I have been navigating through the website to look for a page to purchase the license but i cannot find it.

can you help to point where it is?

Depending on whether you run the Firefox or Chrome version of VDH, things are very different.

On Firefox, you can get a license from https://www.downloadhelper.net/convert

On Chrome, the Premium purchase is done from within the add-on. You can do so at several places, for instance, open the VDH options (click the VDH toolbar button, then the gear icon at the bottom right of the panel), it will be in the first panel. Note you have to sign in to Chrome first (see https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/185277)

I have to join with the rest of the people having difficulties signing up for premium. I have tried logging out of my Google account and following the link you provide below to sign in . . . no luck, it still says I am not logged in. Then I try closing the browser, signing in to Google and then launching the program . . . still no luck.

Why is this so hard for so many?

It is important to understand that you need to sign in to Google from the Chrome browser itself, which is different from signing in from a Google page.

Don't you have a "people head" icon or a user name at the top right of the Chrome window ?

I haven't problem logging into chrome, but when trying to buy lifetime, I get the message that payment in the app ain't avaible for the moment.

We have no control on Chrome payments, it's all handled by Google.

Found the reason why I can't pay with Google Pay for the Chrome extention, in-app payment ain't avaible for Norway yet. Mig - Can i buy lifetime premium vdh using another payment service? Like paypal as an example.

I found crazy that Google did not include Norway in their program !

I'm sorry but we don't have any other solution for Chrome. But if you want the Firefox version, there is no problem and you can purchase the license with your credit card from https://www.downloadhelper.net/convert . Note that the advantage of the Firefox version is that you can download videos from YouTube, while it is forbidden on Chrome extensions.

I made a search in our transaction records for Chrome. It turns only one of them was from Norway, as a recurrent monthly subscription. In proportion, this is clearly way below what one would expect from a country like Norway. Maybe Google does not like you guys :(

No sorry. Since we use the Chrome Web Store to handle Premium status attached to the Google account, we have strictly no choice regarding how payments are processed.

 Yes, and we get successful payments from those countries. I don't think your problem here is related to the fact payments from Norway are not allowed. If it was the case, you would get an explicit message saying so.

I can't see the topic. Are just directed to main page for Chrome web store help. What is the topic called? Just wishing there was an easy way to contact google.
