I decided to take a second look at this. I suspected ffmpeg would be able to get this content. I suspected right.
You will need to read the tutorial on ffmpeg. It does appear that most of the content on that site is livestreams. While you are reading the tutorial, you'll need to be on the lookout for the discussion of ffmpeg parameters affecting livestreams. You can find the tutorial a number of ways. First way. Click this:
Look for "cannot download" within the text of that web page. That will give you a link. It is for the ffmpeg tutorial. Read the whole thing. Do not attempt to use ffmpeg until you have read the entire tutorial from beginning to end. Things I talk about earlier in the tutorial were things I believed at the time were important. As time passed, I learned things. The things I thought were important are actually less so. Not totally unimportant, just less than I thought. As I got more experience using ffmpeg, I also learned easier ways of doing certain things. So be sure to read the whole thing before you try anything. I mention this way of finding the tutorial mostly to get the URL of the Table of Contents into your hands. You will probably want to bookmark it.
Second way. Search this forum using "ffmpeg" as your search key. The relevant thread has the title, "VDH can't download it? Maybe ffmpeg can."
Third way. Do a web search with "ffmpeg vdh" as your search key. In Google search, the thread in this forum is the first search result. I have no idea what other search engines (Yahoo, Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc.) might turn up.
