this is not working

i have purchased the full version. now chrome shuts down every time i try and use video download helper, then it when i open it back up, the video download helper extension is no longer installed. i then downloaded it on Firefox, that works except my license is for chrome. why would you have a different license for each browser. if i own the license, shouldn't it not matter which browser i use? can i either get help getting this working, or get my license changed to Firefox.. I'm trying to grab these videos before the end of the month.

I don't use Chrome so I can't help you with making it install properly there. I can
perhaps answer some of your questions about the license. Click this link:

You'll probably want to bookmark that for easy reference. You might look through there
on general principles. You might find something worth reading. Specific to this case,
do a string search on "philosophy" in there. That will give you a link to click. Read
up on what the license does & does not do. It also explains why there are different
licenses for the different browsers.

I do hope you get your Chrome issue sorted out. There's plenty of users on here who have
successfully installed VDH on Chrome & use it all the time. That says it should be
possible for you to eventually get it working.

Chrome and Firefox premium are separate products with different prices and features.
What I can do is refund your Chrome premium so that you can purchase Firefox premium if you want to.
