no audio when downloading from dropbox

When I try to download a file from dropbox I get no audio in the file, the video id there but no sound

I'm not entirely sure how Dropbox works but, correct me if I'm wrong, it's a free place you can
upload files to for sharing, right? In which case, whatever you're downloading from Dropbox
originally came from somewhere else. That means that if there's a problem with what's on Dropbox,
it's merely a reflection of whatever problem already existed in the original location. You need to
post the URL of the original content, not the Dropbox URL. Then maybe somebody might be able to
figure out what might be going on with whatever it is.
