Since 2 weeks all my donwloads are locked at 0% for hours.

I try to update the extension, my browser (chrome), the companion, I also restart the browser, the computer, .... Nothing seems to work.

Any idea ?

hi,

do you have other addons/blockers or firewall settings that might interfere ?

You haven't given enough information other than that you use Chrome to know what the problem is .
Do you have a licence ?
Where is the problem happening ? Do have example videos for others to test.

If you're really persistent, you can get past all the tons of advertising & eventually
launch the video. It appears to be an animé. I've never taken an interest in such
things so if that's not what it is, do tell me. VDH offered me a variant that I
downloaded. The resulting MP4 took 17 minutes to download, is of size 109M, resolution
1280x720, and is of duration 24:13. It played fine in VLC. I just skimmed through it
using the skip function in VLC but there seems to be both video & audio for the entire
duration of the file.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, Firefox 90.0.2 64-bit, licensed VDH 7.6.1a2 beta, CoApp
1.6.3. I think my result indicates that your problem is specific to Chrome. It's also
possible that it's something to do with a firewall or something like that. And perhaps
other things I don't have the imagination to think of.

I did some more extensive testing for that video and the problem appears to be the default server for that video. In the chrome extension it was
resulting in network error failure when using the browser to perform the download. Using the coapp to perform the download it simply sat at 0% .

Using Firefox with the browser performing the download it also resulted in a network error failure. The coapp however this time downloaded it.
Back to the chrome extension but this time choosing the other server options and the video manages to download.

In short the default server is the issue, if you choose one of the other server options it will work in chrome.

What do you mean by server ? The website where are the videos or there is a configuration to change ?

Above the video there is a selection of different video servers that you can choose to play the video as well as download. As I said the default one
on the very left appears to be the issue which is called Sendvid. Choose one the others to the right as seen in the image:
