There's a good chance you can do this yourself. Click this:

Search for the text "revalidate" in there (browser function F3 or Ctrl+f). That will
take you to the instructions you should follow. Those instructions include advice to
follow if this doesn't work. That is a way to get this done without making your E-mail
address public. But you should know that anybody who logs in with their Google ID &
visits this page can see your E-mail address. At least, they can see the E-mail address
you use to post here. If your VDH license is under a different E-mail address, then that
will remain private, both if you manage to unlock your license yourself & if you resort
to plan B. E-mail addresses are not visible in posts to anybody who is not logged in.
That's the way Google works. It's not a policy decision by the managers of this forum.
