How to Download CNN videos

Time ago there was no problem when downloading CNN videos. Now they download normally, but then are deleted because Helper thinks that videos are not complete.

Error is as follows:
 [Exception... "A transfer was only partially done when it completed" nsresult: "0x804b004c (NS_ERROR_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER)" location: "JS frame :: resource://gre/modules/DownloadCore.jsm :: this.DownloadError :: line 1498" data: no]

Reason is following. For most of it's videos CNN indicates video file size to be 2048 MB. In fact all videos are smaller (between 20 and 200 MB). So when real amount is downloaded, Helper thinks that it haven't got all and deletes "partial" video.

Please make it so that those "partial" videos do remain on disk.

Are you running Firefox 39 ? If so some other users reported an issue with Firefox 39 (not present on Firefox 38) causing that kind of problem if the server advertises a wrong size (generally 2GB for an actual smaller content). Could you share an URL at CNN.com where you are experiencing the problem ?

Yes FF is 39.

Just any CNN video except for CNN Money videos.

As for CNN Money - they download without problems.

Unfortunately, a regression was introduced in Firefox 39 while fixing another issue :(
