"aggregate Native port disconnected" error when downloading video form Vimeo

Hi,

I understand that this version still needs work to be done.
I write this post for you to know the issue.

Using Video DownloadHelper 7.0.1a2 from Firefox.
After download starts, finishes downloading and begins the conversion.
After 2-3 hours of coding i receive this error "aggregate Native port disconnected"

The video has ~55min and is under a user/pasword protected website so i am unable to provide the link.

When using Crhome version only the button "Save warning: about saving special video streams" and i am unable do start downloading.

Surprisingly the file was saved corectly, even after the error.
I have a 632MB file and is ok.

Now i've started a second try with another video of 67 minutes.
I'll come back in..~3 hours probably, after the conversion ends.

Can you share the exact name of the video ?

A similar issue was in the early 7.0.0aX dev version when the file name contained some exotic characters. However, this is supposed to have been fixed in 7.0.0 and later 7.0.1aX versions.

After 4+ hours, ffmpeg.exe is still using my CPU's resources at 99% and have a saved file of 282MB from expected file of ~700MB (67 minutes)

Using i7-4500U CPU @ 1.8Ghz  2.4Ghz; 8Gb RAM, SSHD HardDrive

After file conversion will be finished i'll come back with a reply and tell if i have the same errror message &/if video file is ok

File successfully saved from Vimeo and ok to play (463MB file, 67 minutes)

In the end works, only the error message is misleading. Unshure what is ment to highlight.

Are you running version 1.0.7 of the CoApp ? If you installed the CoApp early and have version 1.0.6 or earlier, this issue is expected.

I have  VdhCoApp 1.0.2.

I pressed "Recheck" button and nothing happens.

I searched on your website and was unable to find a download link.

How can i upgrade CoApp software?

ConvertHelper is no longer of use with VDH7. It is replaced by CoApp with performs some services that are no longer available in Firefox 57 and integrates the converter/aggregator.
