I purchased a conversion license and everything was fine.
After my computer crashed and I had to reinstall windows and firefox my conversion license seems to be gone.
How can I get it back?

After you've reinstalled the VDH extension, (and possibly also the companion app,),
Search your email for the confirmation you received when you bought it, coming from "Video DownloadHelper sales (at)
downloadhelper.net
)
That email has your license code. Copy it.
Then click the VDH extension on your toolbar, then click the settings "cog"
Click where it says "License not set"
Choose to "register an existing license."
Paste your license, and click "Register license."
