You need to make a proper problem report. Take a look over here:

first draw your attention to the very first link in that thread. It is a link to a
tutorial on how to use VDH. It uses a YouTube video as the example. You should probably
read that carefully. In addition, you should do a search for the string "problem report"
in the Table of Contents thread. You will find 2 links that you should click. Read what
you find there & follow the advice. Do please post again. If the tutorial helps you,
please post here (via the Reply all button, NOT the Reply to author button) telling us
specifically which step made the difference. Otherwise, please post a proper problem
report. Don't just leave this conversation hanging. You asked the question. You've
gotten an answer. Follow up.
