Which video gets downloaded?

I am looking at a web site with multiple videos available.  I would like to download all of them.  How do I do this?  Do I have to watch each video and record it that way?  VDH seems to recognize that there are several videos.  In the VDH list (Upper right corner icon) how do I tell which video is which so I can name it properly?

Also, is there a user guide or help file that describes how to use VDH?

Hi,

there is a bulk download function that may help you on certain site. You select all the html containing the videos and the "4 videos" in this example where I selected 4.
