Download with FlashGot & Flashget?

Hello, i'm having this issue since several months, I use firefox and flashget (up to date).
i can't use my flashgot addon when i try to download any video, downloadhelper always uses it's "internal" download manager, and ocassionally it stops downloading. I could even use the default firefox manager, but with downloadhelper it doesn't even appear on my firefox download list.

Many sites are now using a streaming protocol (HLS, DASH, F4F) consisting of many small downloads that need to be performed and reassembled to generate a final single video. This streaming method is incompatible with the Firefox download manager (or Flashgot) that works on a 1-URL-to-1-File scheme.
Firefox add-ons system is migrating to WebExtensions. We are working with Mozilla to ensure it will be possible to "emulate" regular downloads so they will appear in the Firefox download manager.
