VOX.SX Audio Error Missing ID_END

I am getting audio errors with VOX.SX. There is an Error Missing ID_End in audio part of the downloaded files. The Audio also has noise on playback. Sometimes on some files the audio cuts out in the middle. This happens on most files I download from VOX.SX.
To demonstrate and help debug the errors, I downloaded a creative commons file from YouTube. Then I uploaded it to free VOX.SX and then downloaded it. The VOX.SX file is smaller because the free account only has 720. The video has an audio Missing ID_END error. I had gotten this error on many files I download from VOX.SX.
I have analyzed the downloaded video with Mediainfo.
