This is not giving enough detail to diagnose your problem. You should take a look over

You will find many links there that will probably be useful to you over time. Specific
to this issue, do a string search on "problem report" in there. You will find 2 links.
Click them both, read what it takes to make a proper problem report, then follow that
advice. Then somebody might be able to help you.

Perhaps you are encountering a similar problem. Michel announced the availability of the
latest VDH beta in that thread last September 6. In my experience, it has mostly solved
the problems of downloads not completing. Maybe you should install the beta. Or not.
You haven't given a proper problem description so I am just guessing. And where is the
beta? You can find it by doing a string search on "various pieces" in that other thread
where you searched on "problem report."

Do please post here again with either a proper problem report or an update describing how
the beta has or has not improved things for you. You asked a question. You got an
answer. Follow up.
