I canot install .net.downloadhelper.coapp-1.6.3-1_amd64.deb file on uBUNTU 22 AFTER UPGRADE FROM V. 20 . It give me " potentialy dangerous ... a third party programm.

Please help me to go around this blockage.

That's happening when you double click on the .deb file, correct? Any .deb file open with Ubuntu Software Center show that message. It's unrelated to the .deb package. You can safely click the Install button, or if you prefer, you can install it from the command line: "sudo dpkg -i file.deb".
