No Audio on Video Download

Hi, 

So ive been trying to download a number of videos from NBC, however each time i am able to download the video as a whole but it comes with zero audio on it.  Listed with the video options are a large amount of audio only files but they seem to be all no more than a few seconds each. 

Am I missing something?
