download error (403)

Hello. I have problems with VDH. I bought paid tuition https://abakurs.ru /? login to this platform is carried out with my username and password. I want to download a video via VDH and the following happens. I attach the pictures. The first snapshot with the characteristics of the application. The second picture is from the site from where I download it. The third snapshot with an error. What should I do? Recently, VDH has started to work worse. What is the reason for this? windows 10 is installed installed google chrome Version 119.0.6045.106 (Official build), (64 bit)

There is also a problem with another site. https://lk.talentsy.ru/teach/control/stream/view/id/725214082 there are no generally available videos here, unfortunately. I log in here with my username and password.
Videos are downloaded from the site, but there is no sound in the video and they are not downloaded completely. I download it through a companion app or through a browser, the error remains. The playback error persists with any player. But as audio, VDH downloads this video without any problems, completely.

We can't access this site.

There must be specific protections, or streaming process we can't manage. Some files can't be reached.
