Hello, I can't find my license number to install validate it on a new computer.

Can you help re-validating my license?

You should be able to take care of this yourself. Click this:

You'll probably want to bookmark that one for easy reference. I recommend you read that
entire thread, if not now, eventually. As you read through that you'll come across a
reference to what to do if you've lost your license. You can skip quickly to the
relevant reference by doing a string search on "lost" in there. That will reposition the
web page to the right reference. There is a link there that you should click. That
should fix you up.

There is another discussion in that thread that is likely going to come in handy for you.
You can find it quickly by doing a string search on "revalidate" in there. You'll find
instructions for what to do if your license becomes locked & needs to be revalidated.

I have searched for the license number according to the website you provided
 but the system still replies that it cannot be found! 
 I have found the receipt for the original purchase on google play
 and it has been mailed to the customer service staff!

Jacky, you sent me 2 identical E-mails, apparently by clicking the Reply to author
button. That's a mistake. Did you actually read the posts upthread here? If you had,
you would have found a link in my earlier post. It says very clearly in that earlier
post to click that link. Let me say it again. Click that link. Read what it says
there. Here, I'll copy the first line of what you can read by clicking that link in my
earlier post.

I don't work for VDH. I'm just another user, like everybody else.

That should make it clear why sending me private E-mails is a waste of time. I am
willing to try to help people diagnose problems using VDH. I am willing to do that by
posting comments here on the web site. I will not engage in conversations with anybody
via private E-mail. If you thought you were sending me anything meaningful on the
subject of a VDH license, you were mistaken. I am just another user, like you. I can't
do anything about a VDH license because I don't work for VDH. I am just another user,
like you.

However, your post here is all it takes to communicate with the people who do work for
VDH. Jérôme works for VDH & he comes in here looking at all the posts about once a day
in the morning his time. His time is France time. That's where he is located, in
France. It's possible it will be almost another 24 hours before he comes back in here to
look at things. In the meantime, you could click the link I gave upthread. You will
find Jérôme's E-mail address in there. You should send an E-mail to him with your
invoice attached. That would be productive. It would also be productive for you to read
my post upthread. Actually read it & follow the instructions in it. Those instructions
apparently apply to you the same as they did to the original poster here. They should
help you. But you'll have to actually spend some time reading something. Don't just
piggyback a me-too post on an existing thread. Spend some time reading what's here. It
will be worth your while.
