I just bought license but it works only on chrome

I bought license using chrome browser. Didn`t know how it works and it wont work on firefox. I read here that there are two seperate licenses for firefox and chrome. Chan you replace my license please? Or write me how i can get refund to buy the one which will work on firefox, please.

I have same issue here. I bought the licence for chrome. Chrome does not support download for youtube video and I have to use firefox. But my licence cannot be used for firefox because it is only for Chrome. How can I change the licensing?

Hi,

Chrome and Firefox premium are separate products with different prices and features.
What I can do is refund your Chrome premium if it was done less than 3 months ago so that you can purchase Firefox premium if you want to.

Yes, fortunately my subscription is less than 3 months ago. Before you refund my Chrome premium, I have a few questions.

1. What's the price of the Firefox premium? And how much are you going to refund my Chrome premium? (I can't remember how much I paid for the Chrome Premium)

2. Is there any disadvantage of using Video DownloadHelper on Firefox compared to Chrome that I should be aware of?

Getting a refund & getting a VDH license for Firefox are 2 independent activities.  You have asked Jérôme for a refund of your license for VDH for Chrome & he will take care of that in due course.

Meanwhile, there is a VDH license for Firefox that you can buy separately.  Your license for Chrome does not get, to use your term, converted.  You can buy the Firefox license now, or you can wait for the refund money to show up on your credit card before you buy the Firefox license.  That's up to you.  The 2 licenses have different features, therefore different prices.  Some people here have one of each.  The licenses are not connected in any way, just as Chrome & Firefox are not connected in any way.
