Hi,

I was downloading a dozen files when I was out of memory and firefox reset. How do I recover the list of files that I have downloaded?

Sad but true, you don't. VDH does not keep any sort of persistent activity log. This is
a suggestion that has come up every so often. You could find some of those suggestions
by searching this forum. I've been one to ask for it. It seems like a pretty basic
thing to have but we don't have it. You have to go into your Firefox history & retrieve
the URLs of the pages from which you did your downloads. Not an appetizing prospect.
Knowing VDH doesn't have this, when I am doing a longish series of downloads, I keep
track of them separately from VDH. Either I just keep the pages open, which keeps their
URLs near the top of the Firefox history. Or I make a side file in my text editor of the
page URLs. I'm sure there's other approaches. If they're pages with multiple videos,
I'll annotate the page URL in my text file in some fashion. Until VDH gets such a
helpful feature, you're on your own with this.

IF you're using Firefox, look for a Firefox Add-On called "OneTab" - not an answer to VDH's shortcomings
but maybe something you can use to temporarily store those URLs.

From another VDH user....
