box not working when i click on the 3 balls icon to download programme.

Hi there i am have been having a problem for the last 24 hours when i click on the 3 balls icon to download it does not show me a clear menu of programmes to download anymore, i have tried re-installing it and everything but still the same this is very annoying and i am wondering whether anyone can help me.

I have added a picture but not sure whether it has gone on here or not, basically when you click on the 3 balls to download it comes up with most of the downloader missing therefore being unable to start any downloads as you can not see what is marked down properly.

Can someone help me please.

It looks like you posted an image that isn't relevant to your request. But that doesn't
really matter. You ought to read other threads in this forum. I'm just another user,
like you, & I've read about this issue in the past few days & I don't even have Chrome on
my computer. So you, too, need to do some reading. You'll discover you are far from the
first user to report this issue.

I am sorry but i am still at a loss i don't understand what you mean when you say read other treads in this forum i have read all of it and i can't seem to find where it says how i can solve this issue i am having.

Does anyone know that can explain to me what is going on and how i can get it to show the who download list please (see picture)

Hi to all i have now found out how to get it downloading again for some reason Google Chrome won't work with it anymore you have to switch web browser to Firefox and it will work on there, so Firefox is the only way for it to work now for some reason just switch to that web browser whenever you want to use it.

But I could not use my license at Firefox, it will show me that's license for Chrome, that could not use in Firefox !!!!!!!!!
