Why can't I download DASH or ADP videos?

Yesterday, a tab opened saying I had just downloaded VDH 7.3.5 and that it had the capability of downloading DASH videos.  Furthermore, near the top right-hand column of the page, it says that ADP videos can be downloaded once a license has been purchased.  In spite of downloading the latest version and having purchased a license several months ago, I cannot download any videos of either format, only MP4 videos.  I am not technologically adept, but perhaps you could offer some suggestions.  Here is a video I would like to download, but can't:

As you might imagine if you watch the video, I really only want the sound.  I am offered DASH and ADP plus formats with such names as "854 x 480" and "640 x 360".  I have tried them all with direct download, download with conversion to MP3, and download with conversion to re-encoded MP4 (h264/aac), but nothing works.

Here are some examples of the error messages I've received.  More available upon request.  Do you have any suggestions?  Many thanks.
